Delighted to kick off 2026 with the first plots released to us on the significant development of 67 new homes in the village of Claydon near Ipswich.
January has seen the install of our package of windows and doors into the first 5 plots, and all has gone smoothly.
The site is continuing apace (despite the constant rain!) and will be built out across the year.
Our client Aspen Build is completing the scheme for their repeat client Flagship Homes, delivering much needed homes in a growing area.
