Windows and french doors in dual colour and smart black composite front doors have been fitted across the 23 units which has run swiftly and safely to programme throughout. The build method is timber frame with brick cladding.
The development includes a mixture of one bedroom maisonette flats, one-bedroom bungalows, two and three bedroom houses.
All homes are available to local residents on an affordable rent basis.
