Mid-summer win to deliver windows and doors across a 47-home development in Norfolk for Aspen Build, building on behalf of Flagship Homes.
The project is already underway with the first plots ready for windows in August, the Jarrolds team are gearing up for a start on site shortly.
The project includes 28 homes for affordable rent, which will be allocated to families on the local housing register as well as 19 for shared ownership.
Notably these are low-carbon houses featuring air-source heat pumps and solar panels, constructed using MMC (Modern Methods of Construction).
