The whole team are delighted to be awarded another new build housing site in East Anglia, this time in Haughley for the construction of 29 new homes.
This project awarded by Marfleet and Bradshaw, is being developed for Flagship Housing to create a selection of bungalows and houses ranging from 1 to 4 beds – destined in part for Shared Ownership and to Social Rent via Samphire Homes.
Our pre-start meeting is scheduled, with the likely install of first windows into the plots in December.
Once again, we are delighted to be involved in the creation and development of social housing stock in the region.
