Back-to-back start on site weeks here at Jarrolds Glazing this month!
This weeks project start is the first units of a 24-unit scheme in south Chelmsford. This project is for our long standing (and recently rebranded – congrats!) client Marfleet and Bradshaw, building shared ownership and affordable rent properties on behalf of Myriad Housing, a subsidiary of Chelmer Housing Partnership.
The development includes a mixture of one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats, three-bedroom and four-bedroom houses, and our package includes windows and doors, front doors both private and communal. The windows are all triple glazed with very high energy performance.
