An early site visit by the team this week, under a very moody Suffolk sky, to see progress at a 30-apartment complex taking shape on the waterfront at Lowestoft.
Being constructed by our repeat client, DCH Construction on behalf of Sanctuary. The project has already successfully overcome some significant remediation issues and is now fully underway.
Our package includes windows, doors, AOV’s, balcony and communal doors, and we’ve provided detailed assistance to the client on design and product selection, based on specification and the proximity to the sea.
Thankfully, we’ll be fitting windows in the summer, in between ice creams and fish and chips. 🍦
