This project involved the installation of PVCu windows, Patio doors, French doors and stylish composite doors in nine newly constructed dwellings located in Wix.
The PVCu windows comprised of Linear profile, were provided in three distinct and attractive colour options: Chartwell Green, Anthracite Grey, and White. The windows were triple glazed, significantly improving thermal insulation with a remarkable U-value of 0.9 W/m²K. This high level of thermal performance helps in reducing energy consumption, maintaining a comfortable indoor climate, and lowering heating costs.
Each dwelling was also equipped with composite doors in a variety of colours to complement the overall design aesthetic of the properties To ensure a harmonious look, the frames of the composite doors were colour-matched to the corresponding window profiles.
The composite doors, like the windows, were triple glazed with a U-value of 1.2 W/m²K.
Additionally, the doors were certified to Secured by Design (SBD) standards, a police initiative that improves the security of properties The robust construction of these doors ensured durability and long-lasting performance, meeting the highest standards of safety and quality.
