Project Overview
The installation of Eurocell Modus Standard Casement Windows, Single Doors, French Doors, and Composite Entrance Doors was carried out at this small 13-house new build site.
The windows and doors feature a slate grey woodgrain effect externally and smooth white PVCu internally, providing a modern aesthetic. All PVCU Windows and Doors are triple-glazed, achieving a U-value of 0.8W/m²K, doors 0.85W/m²K, and composite doors 1.0W/m²K for optimal thermal performance.
All installations will adhere to Approved Document Q and Secured by Design standards, with laminated glass for ground-floor security. Part M4(2) standards will be followed across all dwellings for accessibility, with Part M4(3) applied to bungalows.
