Project Overview
This is a significant scheme for our client, Brooks and Wood, and their client Handford homes. Jarrolds worked on the new-build portions of the project creating new terraced houses and low-rise apartments.
Jarrolds gave significant design and technical input early in the project to help the team work with the stringent acoustic requirements, and to manage a complex interface with external design elements effecting the windows. The result is an attractive and beneficial reuse of a redundant brown field site in the town centre.
